Pat Venditte made his debut last night for the New York Yankees Class-A short season affiliate Staten Island Yankees. Who is Pat Venditte you ask? Pat is a 23 year old pitcher from Creighton, drafted by the Yankees in the 45th round of the 2007 amateur entry draft but did not sign. He was drafted by the Yankees again earlier this month in the 20th round, and quickly inked a deal.

He compiled great stats his last few years at pitching out of the bullpen at Creighton: http://www.thebaseballcube.com/players/V/Pat-Venditte.shtml. But what makes him so special? Well watch the video above.

All that dual-handedness created quite the controversy in his debut last night. For those who did not catch it Sportscenter, the clip is below. Hysterical; totally destroyed the hitter even after the delay.
